Minimum qualifications for the Area Program Manager, Environmental Health and Safety Construction Job:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), emphasising field safety management of high-risk activities.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in implementing programs to manage EHS construction and operational risks.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certified Safety Professional certificate or other applicable EHS certification.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working in operational data centres focusing on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of safety metrics reporting.
- Understanding of the project management process and basic construction contract structures.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
