Toolbox talk is a short meeting organised by the workers before the start of every work shift. They do this to keep themselves aware of the hazards in the activity that they want to do.Â
The toolbox talk meeting is always within 5 to 15 minutes. The workers doing the job are expected to be present and participate fully.
The various subjects for a toolbox talk that the presenter can develop and present include;
Compressed gas cylinders are for storing gas and are always under high pressure. When you don’t handle the gas cylinder very well, the gas inside the cylinder is likely to explode on its own or have a leak
Demolition involves tearing down buildings and structures either manually or mechanically. There are many reasons why demolition may happen. It could be to make way for a new building or a structure in that particular environment.
Transportation safety should be encouraged by drivers, pedestrians and everyone using the road for daily activities.
