- Having too much administrative work is going to be a big challenge to continuous improvement. Some processes or activities can involve a lot of paperwork and can be time-consuming sometimes. Some of the workers may find it frustrating to perform their daily tasks. Most of the time, eliminating paperwork can give you the needed time to improve your system continuously.
- Lack of financial support is a big problem, too. Improving a system requires financial support. Sometimes, the management will only want to commit resources to the continuous improvement of a system if they feel that the ROI is worth it. The benefit of constant improvement is not tangible.
