Key Responsibilities for the HSE Coordinator Job:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Provide training and support to employees on HSE procedures, standards, and emergency response protocols.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, compile reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Promote a safety-first culture within the workforce through regular communication, meetings, and safety drills
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ensuring marine operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
Qualifications for the HSE Coordinator Job:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Environmental Health, Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HSE coordination within the marine industry.
