A multinational Oil and gas processing and storage company is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our team. As a leading Oil and Gas processing and storage plant, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, and the environment.
Job Summary for the HSE Manager role at Delta :
We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated HSE Manager to lead our health, safety, and environmental efforts. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Develop and implement HSE Policies
Create and implement effective HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Conduct Process Risk Assessments (PSM): Identify and assess potential hazards, implementing controls to mitigate risks.
Ensure Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant HSE regulations, laws, and industry standards.
Investigate Incidents: Lead incident investigations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Train and Educate: Provide HSE training and guidance to employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
Job Requirements for the HSE Manager Role:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE management and 5 years in a managerial position, preferably Oil and Gas industry.
Certifications: NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, IOSH membership.
