Job Summary
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring we deliver the highest quality of care to our patients.You will be responsible for monitoring compliance with hospital policies and procedures, conducting audits, and identifying areas for improvement in our quality assurance programs.

Qualifications for the HSE Officer role at Capitol hill
- Conduct audits of clinical and non-clinical departments, evaluating adherence to established standards and identifying areas for improvement.
- Analyze data and reports related to patient care, quality metrics, and risk management.
- Investigate and resolve patient complaints and incident reports, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with hospital staff.
- Maintain and update quality assurance documents, including policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Monitor and report on compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO) and accreditation requirements.
- Train staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare quality assurance.
Qualifications for the HSE Job Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field
- Knowledge of ISO operations and practices is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3years of experience in healthcare quality assurance or a related field.
- Must posses HSE I, II, III Certification
- ISO 9001 2015 Internal Auditor Certificate is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
