Job Responsibilities for the HSE Officer role.

Ensure workplace compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures.

Identify workplace hazards, assess risks, and recommend mitigation measures.

Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to maintain a safe working environment.

Organize and deliver safety training sessions for employees and management.

Document and report incidents, including preparing detailed safety reports.

Maintain accurate records of safety procedures, inspections, and compliance reports.

Utilize MS Office tools effectively for documentation and reporting.


Requirements for the HSE Officer Job.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HSE role.

Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.

Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Certification in Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or relevant local certifications) is an advantage.
