JOB ROLE: QHSE Engineer
LOCATION: Maynooth, Ireland

ABOUT THE QHSE ENGINEER OPPORTUNITY:
You will join one of the world’s leading suppliers of semiconductor production equipment, where you’ll manage and coordinate QHSE activities and ensure compliance and safety across the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR QHSE ENGINEER ROLE.
- Train new hires according to Health and Safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with local rules and manage agency contacts.
- Develop internal relationships and manage on-field personnel safety.
- Conduct inspections and risk assessments, suggesting corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement in QHSE processes.
- Enforce and oversee compliance and safety training programs.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE QHSE ENGINEER ROLE:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- IOSH/NEBOSH/CQA/IMEA qualification.
- At least two years of proven experience in a Health and Safety role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management systems.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certifications (CSP, ASP) are highly desirable.
OTHER THINGS ABOUT THE ROLE
- This role is primarily based in Maynooth, Ireland, but occasionally involves international travel.
- This role is based on-site.
